Terms of Service
These are the rules for using Oydin.app today. They are not a lawyer-reviewed contract, and we are not yet a registered company (MChJ). We will replace them when we have a legal entity and counsel.
The service
Oydin.app is a public directory of shops in Almalyk. A listing is information, not a sale through us. We do not sell goods, take orders, or take payment.
Accounts
Reviews, saved shops, and owner tools need an email and password. Keep the password to yourself. We may close an account used for abuse.
Shop listings
Only list a stall you are allowed to represent. Hours, phone, and Telegram should be true. We may unpublish a listing that is fake, illegal, or repeatedly wrong.
Reviews
A review needs 1–5 stars and at least 10 characters of text. It appears at once. Neighbors can report it; we may hide it after a report. Do not post insults, ads, or other people’s private data.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the directory in bulk, fake shops or reviews, attack the service, or use it for anything illegal in Uzbekistan.
No payments yet
Lite and Pro are a waitlist. Joining it is not a purchase. There is no fee to list a basic shop today.
Listings can be wrong
Hours, stock, and prices change. We do not guarantee that a stall is open or that a number still works. Check before you go.
Our responsibility
Oydin is provided as-is. We are not liable for a trip to a closed stall, a deal you make with a shop, or a chat you start on Telegram. We will run this directory with reasonable care.
Governing law
These terms follow the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes: courts of Almalyk / Tashkent region, unless the law says otherwise.
Changes
If these terms change in a material way, we will update the date on this page. Continued use after that date means you accept the new text.
